Sam and Tyler Warren are criminal profilers for the F.B.I. They're also identical twins with a very unusual psychic connection, one that has left them with a bleak hope for the future and of finding wives. That is until they meet Kaycee and find a woman who might be able to love each of them.
While hiding from the killer still after Kaycee, they explore a passion none of them ever expected to find. But their newfound happiness will be shattered when the killer learns of her whereabouts and puts into motion a sick plan Sam and Tyler may not be able to stop.

Fantastic Book - So Hot! January 2, 2009 This is a Fantastic Book! You really feel the characters. They all seem to NEED one another in a lot of ways. They become a family. This does not take away from how hot this book is either. I really liked how real the characters were and how there was some humor in a few places. The brothers almost seem like two parts to a whole person. You can't have one with out the other so she falls for both. I hope Ms Michaels writes another one like this because this has easily become one of my favorite books.
Good Read December 13, 2008 Interesting story line, but would have liked to read more from the brothers' persectives.
I like the fact that it doesn't take forever to get the plot rolling, though- that's a major plus. And the intimate scenes are pleasing and vivid at times.
One drawback-the villain/antagonist wasn't complex enough for me. Either things were made too easy for him, there wasn't enough conflict, and/or the character was predictable.
Otherwise, for a good weekend read, I would recommend this! Yay!

Very well written and not a lot of authors can do the 3some well but this story kept my interest throughout..

I am a moody reader. Knowing that, I've set up a rating system that won't punish the writer. The rating will end up a 5, but honestly, I didn't care for the book.
First, a little bit about the book. Kaycee Alcott barely escapes serial killer and she ends up two men who protect her. The two protectors are Sam and Tyler Warren. There are criminal profilers for the F.B.I. They're also identical twins with a very unusual psychic connection that makes finding a woman almost impossible. That is until they meet Kaycee and find a woman who might be able to love them both
The check points I look for in a story are:
1) Is it believable? In this story, the answer is yes. 2) Defined Characters? Again, yes. 3) Good Ending? Yes 4) Interesting Plot? Yes. 5) No Dry Spots? The story would have been interesting enough if I cared. I didn't. And there lies the problem. I couldn't connect with the characters. Why that is, I have no clue. Personally, I think it was a mood thing which shouldn't affect a rating.
4.5 Blue Ribbons from Romance Junkies October 29, 2008 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Sam and Tyler Warren have been involved in missing person cases since they were young boys. Able to touch a missing person's garment and tell whether or not that person is alive and what that person is feeling, Sam and Tyler are unprepared for the range of emotions they encounter when they telepathically link with missing model Kaycee Alcott.
Kaycee has been kidnapped, beaten, and drugged. At the first opportunity, she is able to escape but just barely. Waking up in a local hospital, Kaycee can't give any clues to her kidnapper and finds herself experiencing nightmares and post traumatic stress. She also finds herself attracted to the men assigned to her case, identical twins Sam and Tyler Warren.
Sam and Tyler get their supervisor's approval to remove Kaycee from the hospital and transport her to their home. There she will be safe until she can recall details of her kidnapping. It is also there that the twins hope she will realize that in loving and being attracted to one twin, she just might be attracted to both - because with Sam and Tyler, it is all or nothing. The woman who falls in love with one of them must fall in love with both of them. Now all they have to do is keep her safe long enough for her to fall for them because they have no doubts that she is THEIR ONE AND ONLY.
I love the premise and plot of THEIR ONE AND ONLY. Twins fascinate me tremendously and I have always wondered, "What If?" Sam and Tyler individually are different; one is hard, the other softer. One is very dominant, the other is a peacemaker. Together they are a force to be reckoned with and I found myself in awe of Kaycee's ability to hold them off as long as she does. I would have fallen after the first kiss.
As far as contemporary menages go, THEIR ONE AND ONLY is a perfect look at that type of lifestyle. I loved everything about this book and can't wait to reread it. THEIR ONE AND ONLY is available at Loose Id.
